Spyhunter 3 - Attack Drone
This is a flying 'attack drone' from Spyhunter III:Nowhere to Run. These things look cool, but in the game they usually end up as pretty darn small on the screen, since you fight them when you are racing around in your car. Luckily, I think you come across one of these in a villian base while you are on foot, so you can see one up close.
